WH Contradicts Obama’s Middle-Class Income Claim—As He's Making It | CNSnews.com

During its “Enhanced Livestream” Internet broadcast of President Barack Obama’s State of the Union Address on Tuesday night, the White House posted a graphic on the screen directly contradicting a claim Obama was making about middle-class incomes at the very moment Obama was making the claim.

"The one" could not possibly be a deceiver, could he?

GOP Debate Moderator Tut-Tuts Dodd-Frank Bashfest - Investors.com

Tuesday's GOP debate moderator was shocked by the front-runners' broadside against Dodd-Frank banking rules. He seemed to think they were hyping their damage. They weren't.

The media elite are under the assumption that all government regulations are good. So when both Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich took shots at Dodd-Frank, NBC News anchor Brian Williams was flabbergasted. He expressed skepticism that its new rules posed any problem.

Gingrich straightened him out, arguing the media and the public don't know how "bad" the Democrats' law is.

"If you could repeal Dodd-Frank tomorrow morning, you would see the economy start to improve overnight," Gingrich asserted. "It is crushing independent banks" by clamping down on lending for both housing and small businesses.

Obama Is At War With Catholics On Birth Control - Investors.com

Constitution: The First Amendment forbids "prohibiting the free exercise" of religion. But a pontificating President Obama would do just that in forcing Catholics to provide contraception and sterilization.

Well, he is "the one" after all...

Obama Seeks New Power to Merge Agencies, Pledges Some Action ‘With or Without Congress’ | CNSnews.com

So with or without Congress, I’m going to keep at it,” the president said. “I’m hopeful it’s with Congress, because this is an area where we can receive bipartisan support, because making our government more responsive, strategic and leaner should not be a partisan issue.

He really does think he is "The One" and the constitution does not apply to him. I hope the country survives long enough for him to be defeated in the next election.

Obama Installs Another Czar In Violation Of Constitutional Law - Investors.com

Here's the operating motto of the Obama White House: "So let it be written, so let it be done!"

Like Yul Brynner's Pharaoh Ramses character in Cecil B. DeMille's "The Ten Commandments," the demander in chief stands with arms akimbo issuing daily edicts to his constitution-subverting minions with an imperious wave of his hand. His entourage of insatiable usurpers never rests.

From "The One" to "Pharaoh".

Nancy Pelosi: It Was Very Bold and Encouraging When Barack Obama Ran Roughshod Over My Branch of Government | RedState

Then the Congressional Democrats – again including Barack Obama – devised a scheme whereby the Senate never went into recess, thus preventing Bush from making further recess appointments. In other words, we are where we are today because of something the Democrats were doing themselves three short years ago.

......Propriety prohibits me from saying what I am thinking.

Legal Scholars Skeptical of Obama’s So-Called ‘Recess’ Appointments When Congress Wasn’t in Recess | CNSnews.com

Although Congress was not in recess, the White House asserts that President Barack Obama’s so-called “recess appointments” on Wednesday are constitutional because Congress was out of session for a “sustained period of time.” But a constitutional law expert says the action likely was illegal and that the president violated two sections of the Constitution.

Silly little thing, that constitution.

Obama on Flouting Article 2, Section 2 of Constitution: ‘I Won’t Take No For An Answer’ | CNSnews.com

The Senate is not currently in recess, and the Congress did not give Obama the power to name the head of CFPB without Senate approval. Nonetheless, Obama has appointed Cordray without the constitutionally mandated Senate approval.

The man child must have his way...the constitution is not even a hindrance to "The One" any longer.
